Womben ~ Water Carrier ~ Song Carrier

This is a safe space to explore your voice, the limiting beliefs you may have around your expression & learn songs to carry their medicine in your life & into your communities.

We will start with some embodied movement, breathwork & vocal exploration. Enquire through self-reflection & journallin plus sharing about our connection to our voice & learn 2 songs from un unbroken lineage of song creators, carriers & sharers. We will also learn about the work of song carriers. 

These songs are sacred frequencies that carry a medicine we get to learn about by singing them & sharing them. They are such a gift to us & I want to share them in the deepest resepct & revernace to thei makers, the cultures & lands that birthed them so that their wisdom & clarity can live on though more beings called to this work. 

The songs we learn will be relevant to our work as women in this world called to rise up into service during this great feminine awakening and birthing of the New Earth. It is my prayer that these songs serve you your life & your communities as you go onto share them in your circles, retreats, workshops etc.
