Service Description
We will spend the first ~20 minutes discussing your past & current experiences with your voice + what you hope to receive from our space. The rest of our time together will be an experience tailored to yoru needs & boundaries, working with breathwork, meditation, somatic movement & somatic vocal "excercises". I hold the space for you a breakthrough with your voice, healing, empowerment, education in a supportive, fun, deep, creative, juicy juicy space of safety & compassion. My journey with my voice has been so full, rich & deep ... its been my spiritual path for the last 5 years & I guide you with my attuned intuition & embodied experience of finding my voice.
